Robert Kulicke (1924 - 2007) was an American artist renowned for his paintings, particularly still life depictions. He was also a highly respected frame designer, who changed the look of postwar art by modernizing frame design. Born in 1924 in Philadelphia, Kulicke studied at the Philadelphia College of Art in Philadelphia. Kulicke was recognized by the National Academy of Design as an Associate member. His works are part of the collections at the Victoria & Albert Museum, the Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden, and the Albright-Knox Art Gallery.
