Sketchbook in Antique Early 19th Century Provencial French Block Print Fabric Crafted by Polly Lyster's The Dyeworks. With over 25 years of expertise in natural dyeing, Polly Lyster has built a remarkable archive of antique fabrics, to apply her finely tuned palette. From her Gloucestershire dyeworks, Polly uses historically sourced fabrics to create 42-page artist sketchbooks. This sketchbook is backed in antique fabric from the 19th Century. Signs of wear, fading, and imperfections are inherent to its age and history and part of its unique character. We recommend caring for this item with extra attention to preserve the condition and delicate nature of the antique material. Each piece is handmade and completely unique.
