Medium Lavender Pillow in Antique 20th Century Java Indigo Batik Linen, featuring Indigo PomPoms, filled with Organic French Lavender. Crafted by Polly Lyster's The Dyeworks. With over 25 years of expertise in natural dyeing, Polly Lyster has built a remarkable archive of antique fabrics, to apply her finely tuned palette. From her Gloucestershire dyeworks, Polly uses historically sourced fabrics to create hand-sewn decorative lavender pillows. Made with provincial lavender, each is backed with complementary coloured hand-dyed linens or silks. This pillow is hand-sewn with antique fabric from the 20th Century. Signs of wear, fading, and imperfections are inherent to its age and history and part of its unique character. We recommend caring for this item with extra attention to preserve the condition and delicate nature of the antique material. Please note, due to the hand-made and unique nature of each of these items, the sizing and weight can vary.
