ACCOUNT SUPPORT
Creating an Account: You may choose to create a JW Anderson account when completing your purchase. An account allows faster checkout, saves your preferred addresses and wishlist, and gives easy access to your order history and return requests.
Guest Checkout: You can complete your purchase as a guest without creating an account. You will still receive all order and shipping confirmations by email.
Managing Your Details: Once signed in, you can update your personal information, saved addresses, and payment preferences under My Account.
Order History: View past purchases, track deliveries, and request returns directly within your account.
Password Problems: If you forget your password, click “Forgot your password?” on the Sign In page and enter your email address. You will receive an email with instructions to securely reset it. For any other account problems, please reach out to our Client Services Team.
PAYMENT
Currencies: The currency you shop with is determined by your shipping destination and will be shown at checkout before purchase. If your local currency is unavailable, your order will be charged in USD at a competitive exchange rate.

If You Suspect Fraud: Fraudulent transactions on our website are highly unlikely due to strict security measures. However, if you believe a fraudulent charge has occurred:
- Contact your bank or card provider immediately so they can protect your card and issue reimbursement.
- Notify us at help@jwanderson.com. We will work closely with your card provider to minimise further inconvenience.
FAULTY ITEMS
All items are quality checked before dispatch. If your item is faulty or damaged on arrival, please contact help@jwanderson.com immediately with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
If a fault develops after delivery, please get in touch with the same details. Each case will be reviewed individually. Please note that general wear and tear or damage caused by improper use is not considered a fault. This does not affect your statutory rights.
