Use a soft tape measure to take the following measurements without pulling it too tight.
1. CHEST
With your arms hanging by your sides, measure your chest under your arms around the fullest part of your bust.
2. WAIST
Measure your natural waistline at the narrowest part of your waist.
3. HIPS
Measure your hipbone wrapping the tape measure around the widest part of your hips.
